Shipping policy
At Mary Kate, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If there is any issue with your order during processing, our team will reach out to you directly at the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Carriers
Mary Kate ships via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
4. International Shipping
Mary Kate proudly ships internationally to the following countries:

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Mary Kate is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Mary Kate is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
- Reaching out to us at [support email] so we can assist where possible
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@marykates.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and get a replacement out to you.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Mary Kate is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@marykates.com We will do our best to make corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
