It did taste medicinal, but better than the usual cough syrup, and I only took half of the recommended amount to make it stretch and I still got the results I wanted.

This product helped with my hair shedding! I bought this product on a hope, like I have multiple other products! Crossing my fingers hoping it would work. I have spent hundreds on scientifically proven hair supplements. Top names and all. I could not afford it. I was talking GLP-1 medication and my hair started shedding in huge clumps. I’ve tried so many different things for thicker hair. This one is the first thing that actually worked for us. Was honestly skeptical it would work but decided to try since it’s a pretty good multi vitamin if nothing else. Noticed some thickening of hair and less shedding after 1 bottle after 3 we have zero hair loss in the shower and thicker healthier hair, and glowier skin, and our nails grow faster than they ever have. People even noticed the difference in our hair and asked if we had done something different. Have seen it work for others too. Love this companies products. Always better than we expect.

This product works but it takes consistency. I saw improvement in my overall hair health in about 3-4 weeks. You have to take it consistently. I did notice a change when I missed taking it a few days. I didn't notice any changes in my skin but definitely my hair. I am giving 4 stars because I think the taste is not good.

Best liquid multivitamin I've taken it helped me with my hair that was thinning, and falling out. Taste good it's definitely a product I have bought over and over again.

I started about three months ago, and I have new growth along my hairline where I was thinning; my hair guy noticed it all over, too. Looks kinda weird on humid days, but I really was not expecting this to work. In general, my hair feels thicker/shinier, and I went twice as long without a haircut because it was so healthy!
